New Paint for a new building

An unpainted surface is usually the best situation for a painter. On a new surface there is less preparation time because there is no old material that must be removed to make the surface acceptable for new paint. Depending on the situation, this often results in savings for the customer.

Repainting a previously finished building

A repaint usually involves quite a bit more preperatory work and diagnosis before the final coats can be applied. Do not be suprised if there are spots of compromised wood or other building materials due to the weathering of finish. It is not uncommon to have the south side of a structure's finish age even more dramatically than the other sides. Weather is quite the adversary to a fabricated structure and our thorough approach to repainting ensures that you get the most out of your remodeling investment. See samples in our project gallery.
